Parent Committee – together we provide the best childcare
Your opinion and experiences are incredibly valuable to us—much more than just a legal obligation. As a parent, you know best what is important for your child, and we want to hear your thoughts. Every Espira location has a parent committee (OC). This group of committed parents represents all parents at the location and actively contributes ideas on topics that affect the quality of our childcare.
The parent committee has the right to advise on topics laid down in the Childcare Act, such as: educational policy (how we interact with and guide children), nutrition and a healthy lifestyle, safety and health at the location, opening hours, the complaints procedure, and the price of childcare. The parent committee can give both solicited and unsolicited advice. In this way, it helps us to ensure that our childcare services are well aligned with the wishes of parents and the needs of children. In addition, the parent committee often contributes ideas about activities or events and is a point of contact for parents who want to share ideas or suggestions for improvement. Their involvement helps us to further enhance the quality of our childcare services.

By working closely with other organizations, we ensure optimal child development and a distinctive, varied range of services. We collaborate with, among others: health clinics, elementary schools, healthcare providers (including speech therapists and child psychologists), sports clubs, and playground associations.
