Collaboration with parents and partners

Collaboration with parents and partners

Together we ensure the child's healthy development

Personal contact

When dropping off and picking up your child, we take a moment to catch up and exchange any news. Six weeks after your child starts at our daycare, we schedule a meeting to discuss how they are settling in.

We then invite you to a regular parent-teacher meeting (once or twice a year), where we take a closer look at your child's development and ensure smooth cooperation.  We keep track of this development throughout the year using our observation method.

Regular contact and open and committed cooperation with parents form the basis for good coordination between home and daycare, which benefits your child's development. Do you have any questions or concerns in the meantime? You can always request an additional meeting.

We will keep you informed via our

Parent portal

On the days your child is at our daycare, we will send you fun photos and updates via our parent portal, a parent portal/parent app specifically for parents. For babies, we also share information about feeding and sleeping times. We will keep you informed of any special developments at the location, such as new employees/interns, via the notice board and newsletter.

Parent Committee – together we provide the best childcare

We want you to be satisfied and are constantly working to improve our childcare services. Your opinion and experiences are incredibly valuable to us—much more than just a legal obligation. As a parent, you know best what is important for your child, and we want to hear what you have to say. Every Espira location has a parent committee (OC). This group of involved parents represents all parents at the location and actively contributes ideas on topics that affect the quality of our childcare.
