Educational policy

Our educational policy outlines how we guide children in their development toward independence and resilience.
Each location supplements this with its own work plan, tailored to the team, the children, and the environment. In addition to this policy plan, each location has its own educational work plan: a practical translation of our policy. You can find this work plan in the parent portal or view it at the location.

Nutrition policy

Healthy eating is part of growing up well. We choose a healthy basis with lots of vegetables, fruit, water, and enjoying meals together at the table.

Domestic violence and child abuse reporting code for childcare

Our employees work in accordance with the statutory domestic violence and child abuse reporting code. This code sets out how we respond to signs of abuse and how we work with authorities to protect children.

Privacy Policy

At Espira Childcare, we handle the personal data of children, parents, employees, and applicants with care and transparency. In this privacy policy, we explain what data we process, why we do so, and how we ensure that this information is handled securely, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
